Director – Cross Border Transactions, Taxation and Corporate Advisory

Mr. Arvind Chirania who is the Director of the company is a Fellow Member of the ‘Institute of Chartered Accountant of India’ backed with over 19 years of post-qualification experience in varied consulting areas including direct taxation, transaction structuring, transfer pricing, Fema Advisory, and regulatory advisory services.
Before associating with Kennis, Arvind was working with some of the biggest global consulting firms and has hands-on experience involving tax and regulatory implications arising from cross-border transactions and corporate taxation.
He is a seasoned professional with qualitative approach towards delivery, and brings in inspiration to cope up with challenges, and delivers unique ideas and tailor-made products suiting the needs of the clients. Arvind is currently responsible for working in the international taxation, transaction structuring, FEMA advisory practice of Kennis apart from overseeing direct tax practice.
