Mr. Parimal Sheth is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking having executed many large ticket transactions in Equity & Debt across sectors such as Consumer Retail, Dairy, Engineering, NBFCs & Microfinance, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, etc.
He has great knowledge regarding the International Finance and Cross Border M&A having spearheaded many M&A transactions of companies engaged in Stationery products, Renewable Energy, Engineering & Instrumentation, Fire Safety, Fashion Garments, Writing instruments, Infrastructure, IT, etc

He also invests in Startups and SME companies and provides Management and Strategic Inputs to various startups and mid-sized corporates including arranging growth capital for them. Has been part of many start-up forums such as Growing Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurs of India, India Business Advisory Forum, etc.
Being a seasoned professional, Parimal brings with him excellent networking skills best suited to the financial services sector.
